Yesterday I stopped by for a much needed eyebrow wax and a full brazilian bikini and was very happy with the services I received. Firstly, I was so appreciative that I could get an appointment last minute, as my availability is very limited and I'm going out of town this week for an important meeting. Secondly, the woman who provided my waxing services (I need to get her name, as she was AMAZING) had a gentle touch but was efficient and thorough. When I popped into work after my appointment, I don't think anyone could tell I had just had my brows waxed less than an hour before -- no swelling, minimal redness. It was also the fastest and most pain-free full brazilian I've ever had, even my husband was surprised when I texted him afterwards how little time it had taken. All things considered, I will be back next month. So happy to have a go-to place for waxing as a semi-recent transplant to Tampa!”

I had the relaxation massage for the first time. In the past I have always had deep tissue massage, and I guess I never realized there was much difference. It was also a pleasant surprise that this was done in the massage chair as opposed to the table. The massage therapist was so helpful making sure I was situated comfortably in the chair, as well as comfortable in the room and with the service itself. I really liked the massage chair much better than the table as it was less complicated to get into and maintain a comfortable position. Best of all, my neck and shoulders felt GREAT after, without the days of pain I typically get after a deep tissue massage. If you have never tried this, you DEFINITELY should!”

After doing some internet searching, Pia continually came up and with consistently good reviews, so I thought this was the winner. Before I had even come in for my appointment, I believe I called the salon 4 times to make changes. My schedule is very hectic and the receptionist was always very polite and accommodating every time. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and offered a beverage. After I filled out my paperwork, I only waited a couple minutes before my technician introduced herself. Although it is far from painless, she definitely made me feel more at ease about the process.
