“ I recently received my first Brazilian wax at Pia's. I had done extensive research, comparing prices, services, and locations for a few weeks before booking my appointment. What drew me to Pia was mainly the great detail invested in their website. It immediately impressed me with its professionalism and variety of services offered. I thoroughly browsed the FAQ page, where many of my initial questions were answered. My main query was did Pia Esthetics perform body waxing on African-American women. Some salons do not provide this service for us under claim that our hair is too coarse or textured. Pia Esthetics stated clearly that coarseness and texture of hair was not going to be a problem.

Upon entering the office, I was immediately put at ease. It's tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. My esthetician was very friendly and prfessional. Any questions I had during my visit were answered in detail. The room was very clean and soothing music played in the background.

My overall experience with Pia was excellent. The service, cleanliness, and professionalism I received was top-class. I will definitely be going back!!
