“ I went to Pia's for an eyebrow shaping which was actually my first spa experience ever! I work in an all male technical field which involves a lot of dirt and is not girls at all. I rarely wear anything besides jeans and work boots and NEVER wear make up so I was extremely nervous and a bit intimidated about going to a spa........but from the second I walked in I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. The staff was warm without being fake or overly solicitous and Pia was amazing!! She chatted throughout the process (which was an amazing, face changing miracle!) and wasn't rushed. Neither Pia or her staff pressured me to purchase additional services or products - in fact Pia said I could use a brow color from CVS! Not only will I go back and explore some of the other services, I am going to tell all of my low maintenance friends about how fabulous an hour at Pia's can make you feel! Thank you!
