There was a little confusion about not being able to find/locate my appointment, but eventually figured out that it was my own fault that I had accidentially booked the apt @ the South Tampa location instead. Sadly to say, I didn't go in with very high expectations due to it being apparentively impossible to find someone who actually knows what they are doing.
