The receptionist was attentive and friendly. Particularly in the area my spa experiences have been sub-par at best with calus employees who make their customers feel as if they have better things to do. My time at Pia was the complete opposite. I visited Pia for a waxing (my first ever) and was terrified. I felt much more comfortable once I arrived and was greeted by the amiable staff. I felt even more relaxed once I met Alex. I had several questions and she very quickly put me at ease with her knowledge and patience. My procedure went very well and Alex was able to give several recommendations to help get the best results from my waxing experience. I am thrilled with the results. I willl definitely recommend Pia and more importantly will never again visit another spa in the area. It is not easy to find a spa that really makes you feel at home but I have!
