There was a little confusion about not being able to find/locate my appointment, but eventually figured out that it was my own fault that I had accidentially booked the apt @ the South Tampa location instead. Luckily, they were very accomodiating & were able to get me in. I had an eyebrow color & shaping done & was extremely pleased. Sadly to say, I didn't go in with very high expectations due to it being apparentively impossible to find someone who actually knows what they are doing. I was more than plesantly surprised on how wonderful they looked after my apt @ Pia! The technician was superb & I will most definitely recommend her to my friends & family!
