Ana is very kind and has a way of taking you out of the waxing zone and bringing you to another place where you are caught up in her conversation and not aware of why you are actually there.
She has alot to offer from travel tips to health and well-being.
I have had nothing but comfortable and friendly experiences since I started going. Both Ana and Alex have been fabulous. It is hard to find a spa where you get consistently great service: from different people.
Alex is the owner of this Pia s location and you can tell by the ambience from the moment you walk in that she has the customer in mind and that she does this because she loves her job. And it reflects in the way you are treated by EVERY employee.
