I started with a massage, the massage therapist who seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced in massage therapy. It didn't take much explanation for him to understand where my pain was originating from. I generally get deep tissue massages and expect a certain amount of discomfort to get knots out of my stress points but he gently worked them out and had great suggestions how to prevent them in the future and additional exercises I could do to help my plantar fascitis.
He maintained just the right amount of pressure throughout the massage and often checked to make sure I was comfortable.
Next, I had a facial. She was very precise and professional, I could tell that she was quite experienced in what she was doing. I purchased the custom facial and it was absolutely fabulous!!! I even got a hand/arm and foot/leg massage! My skin and my soul both felt rejuvenated and relaxed after my experience! My technician also recommend a daily microfoliant from their Dermalogica line of products that has already helped with some pesky reoccurring blackheads on my chin and cheek area.
I found the services and price point at Pia Spa to be exceptional!!!!! I can't wait to come back again! ”
