My tech made me feel assured and after the first couple of pulls my mind cleared and we were simply having great convesation and the process moved along quickly. From the moment I walked in I was relaxed. The atmosphere was clean and bright, I was greeted warmly (by Marcella, I believe) and immediately asked if I wanted a beverage. Also noteworthy to me was that the spa had a nice, but not overpowering scent.
My treaments were done on time, professionally and beautifully. When my treatments were completed I prepared myself for what is generally the most unpleasant part of a spa experience... when I am pushed to purchase the products used during my stay. This did not happen I am thrilled to say (although I did take note of the products used for future reference). This non-pushiness will keep me coming back, and I will recommend Pia to everyone I know! Thank you!”
